The flat

This two-bedroom flat has a surface of 75m² and is located on the sixth and top floor - with elevator - of a classic building on Boulevard Joseph Garnier. It has been completely renovated to offer generous spaces passed through by the Mediterranean light and air. A large living room of 31 m² with open kitchen gives in front on a small terrace. At the back, it communicates with a lobby that gives access to facing south elegant bedrooms , the bathroom including toilet, and a dressing.

Extensive and hight grade equipments

The heating and the hot water are ensured by a last generation condensation boiler. In addition, the apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The optical fiber network by SFR deliver very high speed internet connection, including essential french TV channels and NETFLIX from your personal subscription. A PVR is connected to the TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, a combi microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine, a refrigerator with large freezer compartment. Also available a Nespresso® coffee machine, another one Senséo®, and a toaster.

The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with standard and king size hotel quality bedding.

The bathroom has an electric towel rail, a hair dryer and the dressing room contains an iron with its table.

The area

Located at the northern end of the main city center avenue (Jean Médecin / Malausséna), the Liberation neighborhood is expanding around the Place du Général de Gaulle. Currently, it's one of the most pleasant of Nice. It's the result to its perfectly central location close to everything, to its endearing local population as its abundance of shops and local services. It’s an attractive, lively, rejuvenated and  booming neighborhood. It really feels good to live here.

A tram station is located on Place du Général de Gaulle at very short walking distance. The Railway Station is at one stop and the Place Massena / Promenade des Anglais at 8 minutes.  In case you have a car, no stress, because at 50 meters, open 24/24  underground car park with 400 places give weekly and monthly subscriptions.

A great quality of life

It’s a particularly lively and commercial district well supplied in local services: post office, bank agencies, cinemas, supermarkets... Every morning, except Monday, is held the famous outdoor street market. It is literally exposed to your door ! In addition to the charm and atmosphere, you will find excellent quality productions, most sold directly by Nice surrounding hills growers.

To feast, the area does not miss friendly addresses at moderate prices. Many neighborhood restaurants offer tasty Niçoise and Italian cooking and just like Covent Garden, the future Halle Gourmande de la Gare du Sud promises to be a cosmopolitan and convivial place.
